What We Do

Successive generations of Brothers have continued this service to humanity and Church for over 200 years.

As a legacy to the Bicentenary celebrations of 2008, the Patrician Brothers and friends have created a ‘Delany Foundation’ to support the work of the Brothers in places of great need. No State or Government funding is available in the following settings where the Patrician mission is offering services to the local communities through: Education, Healthcare, Pastoral Ministry and Food and Water.

The Delany Foundation supports worthy causes across Australia.
AUSTRALIA
In Kenya, there are three primary schools (Eldoret, Iten, and Kabongo) and two secondary schools (Eldoret and Kabongo) that are under the care of the Patrician Brothers.
KENYA
In Ghana, there is one primary and secondary school in Dormaa.
GHANA
In Papua New Guinea, there is one house of Formation in Aitape.

I hope you are well. Greetings from Riruta community. The best community among the best communities. Riruta is happy for your continued support. This email is hereby to confirm that I received Bishop Delany Foundation Funding of Ksh.690,000. This was a cheque from the Regional and Br. Felim as the Regional accountant that I deposited yesterday. The cash is towards improving water situation in Riruta community. As the cheque matures, I couldn’t wait to begin the work. Riruta community sends her many thanks to the Regional Superior Br.James, the Australian brothers, Bishop Delany Foundation team, and above all those who make contributions into the BDF kitty. We vehemently appreciate. May God bless you.
